Photo Sessions at Wolf Creek Habitat An all day photo session cost is $150.00. A $50.00 deposit is required. We will start at 9:00 am and you can stay until closing time. We will stop around noon so you can take a lunch break. Bring your own or head for town. This can be appointment only so you have private time and one on one with the wolves*, or You can also come during regular hours if that is more convenient. Refund Policy No refunds are given, unless we cancel due to weather or problems on our end. If you cancel between 5 months and 2 months prior to the start of a photo shoot, you will be refunded any payments made MINUS the deposit. Should you cancel between 2 months and 1 month prior to the photo shoot, you will be refunded HALF of your payment MINUS the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start of a photo shoot will not receive any refund. Any non-refundable money paid towards a photo shoot which you did not attend will be considered a tax-deductible donation to Wolf Creek Habitat. You will be mailed a copy of our tax-deduction form. *Participants 18 and older, have the opportunity to enter the enclosure to photograph the wolves. To go in you must be able-bodied, willing and able to obey safety instructions, wear long pants and closed toed shoes, no perfume, cologne or strong smelling substances, no earrings or piercing. A tight-fitting, light-weight jacket is recommend as well as clothing which can get dirty or torn since the wolves are likely to jump up on people and the pups will most likely grab at clothing. The only complaint we receive is that it is COLD in the enclosure, especially on those photo seminars when the wind chill approaches zero degrees. If you dress for that kind of weather, you will be fine. If you do not dress for it, well, you will be quite COLD. Jackets or clothing with loose dangling things like fringe, are not allowed. Denim jackets, Carharts, sweatshirts and the like are your best clothing choice. Remember, the wolves will most likely get you muddy! Wolf Creek Habitat, and our staff are not responsible for loss or damage done to equipment or any injuries which may be inflicted by any of the animals, or the weather We also would like for you to consider an annual fee which will allow you to come anytime within a year to take pictures of our special events, the wolves & birth of the babies. This fee is $500.00 per year Any non-refundable money paid towards a photo shoot which you did not attend will be considered a tax-deductible donation to Wolf Creek Habitat We have Photographers on our Staff Jim & Deb Chagares Photography The Mensings The only Organization's that can have Photo Sessions at no charge are Photography Classes from our local Schools. | Any photographs taken or audio-visual recordings (including film or videotapes) made at Wolf Creek Habitat will be used only for private non-commercial purposes, and that no other use (whether commercial or non-commercial) of such photographs or recordings will be made without the prior written authorization of Wolf Creek Habitat.
